Joy, Wonder, and a Dash of Snow!

This December, the Sudbury Symphony Orchestra rings in the season with our sparkling Christmas Spectacular, with guest soprano Pamela Teed and narration by Alessandro Costantini!

From the cozy classics of Silver Bells and Deck the Halls! to the playful sparkle of March of the Toys, this concert is packed with music to delight every listener.

Pamela Teed

Soprano

Pamela Teed is a versatile soprano who has performed as a soloist throughout Ontario, in New York, and in France. She holds a Master of Music degree in vocal performance and has enjoyed a multifaceted career as a performer, choral conductor—spending 14 years with the Bel Canto Chorus (Sudbury)—clinician, and voice teacher. Pamela now serves as Chair of the Schools of Creative Industries and Information Technology at Cambrian College.

Alessandro Costantini

Alessandro was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario and is the co-founder and Artistic Director of YES Theatre. His work has brought him to stages across North America, including the National Tour of the Tony Award winning best musical, Dear Evan Hansen. He has been recognized for his work with a Dora nomination (Featured Performance in a Musical – Dear Evan Hansen/Mirvish Productions), a META nomination (Best Leading Performance – Prom Queen/Segal Centre),  and nominations from the Ontario Arts Council for the John Hirsch Directors Award, the K.M Hunter Award, the Pauline McGibbon Award and the prestigious Johanna Metcalf Performing Arts Prize for his work with YES Theatre and contributions to the cultural fabric of Northern Ontario. Alessandro is a graduate of the George Brown Theatre School.
