Please note that the Sudbury Symphony Orchestra Association Incorporated will be holding an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, February 27th, 2023 at 7:00 PM, via Zoom. You will receive an invitation by email two weeks before the meeting to register to attend the meeting.
Eligibility to vote: To vote, you must be a member of the Sudbury Symphony Orchestra Association as defined in the By-Law:
- Volunteer Musicians – An individual who has participated as an unpaid musician in at least one (1) mainstage show during the previous or current SSO season.
- Subscribers – An individual who has a current season’s subscription.
- Honorary Members – Individuals who are recognized as an Honorary Member by the Board for past contributions to the SSO.
